Hosted every two years, LambEx brings together local and international stakeholders, including producers, processors, researchers, and service and education providers, to discuss all facets of the industry and showcase the latest developments and research. This year's expo will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 5 - 7 August.
