The Australian Meat Industry Council has developed a free online course to assist domestic meat processors to better understand meat exports.
The program is designed to support micro and boutique processors expanding their business beyond the domestic sector.
The program commences early June, is free, and comprises six key modules:
- Fundamental tools for export
- Export plan development
- Technical capability
- Export logistics
- Market development
- Innovation strategy
