If you’re interested in upskilling your knowledge on microbiological meat testing, be sure to [register to attend](https://mintrac.com.au/event_d.asp?e=583) MINTRAC’s Meat Micro workshop in Wagga Wagga from May 24-25.

 **Purpose**

Over these two days, you will learn how to obtain a range of samples representing the source material (e.g. raw ingredients, product in process and final product) and to prepare the samples for testing. All sampling activities are conducted according to a defined sampling plan.

 **Benefit**

This workshop will benefit those who want to gain the skill and knowledge required to conduct microbiological testing according to the Australian standards and Department of Agriculture ESAM requirements, including:

- HACCP monitors, verification and QC personnel.
- Quality Managers and Food Safety Auditors
- Meat and food industry consultants.

 **Cost**

Workshop fees are $650 per person (excl GST) and include:

- Course materials.
- Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch.
- Statements of Attainment for those who successfully complete all assessment requirements.

 **Register date**

Registrations must be received no later than 16 May 2018. If there are not enough students registered by this date the course will be cancelled.
