Posted by Bernadette Fielding on Aug 10, 2017

Course 24 of the Australian Rural Leadership Program have completed their two week session in the Kimberley, WA. The participants including AMPC sponsor Grant Melrose from John Dee Warwick met in  Darwin on Day one before the group moved on to Kununurra.

Listen to a brief message from Grant, on day one, https://vimeo.com/228171675/40ace4097e

Last week Mangaing Director of The Australian, Helen Trinca and Australian Rural Leadership Foundation Fellow and Board Director, Lockie McDonald joined the cohort to hear the group's leadership challenges, lessons and laughs. AMPC understands that the group is going tremendously well (as they all do!)

Grant said “It has been exceptional and a high quality learning experience. I am excited what the future holds for myself and the rural industries. There are some great minds and leaders out there, which gives great confidence”.

Finally, AMPC would like to draw attention to the opening of applications for Course 25 of the Australian Rural Leadership Program (July 2018 commencement). A separate post will follow over the coming weeks. In the meantine, details can be located on the Australian Rural Leadership Foundations website.
