Do you know an emerging leader in the red meat processing industry who is looking to take their leadership capability to the next level?

The AMPC-funded Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) – Course 26 is now open for applications, closing 30 September.

Through a series of challenging experiential learning experiences, spread across 5 sessions in regional and remote Australia and Asia, participants are given the opportunity to become intuitive and effective leaders who can work in complexity and make an impact within their industry.

Grant Melrose, By-product Sales Manager for John Dee Warwick and ARLP Course 24 recipient, speaks with first-hand experience about how beneficial the Program is for anyone in the red meat processing industry who wants to grow their leadership qualities, both personally and professionally.

The ARLP has been developing stronger leadership within the communities and industries of rural, regional and remote Australia for over 26 years.
