64th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology 2018

The 64th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology is one of the most important events on the 2018 red meat calendar, bringing together both local and international professionals from research, academia, government and industry. 

ICoMST 2018 promises to be an effective and rewarding exchange of information and ideas on important topics in the world of meat science and technology, while sampling some of the best hospitality and scenery in the world.
