Our refreshed strategic approach sets a range of aspirations for 2030. Our operating plan helps us deliver to the strategy by identifying the steps we will take to progress initiatives in the year ahead.
The mix of initiatives is designed to deliver maximum value to all our levy payers, by ensuring we create a balance between incremental and transformative change, and that the initiatives we progress are suited to a wide range of processors.
The annual operating report has been sent to all levy payers and key stakeholders, and it offers both an overview of what we seek to achieve this year and an exciting glimpse of some of the initiatives we are working on. A digital version of the plan is available here.
